Bungalow Out East is a 1935 arts & crafts style home which has been transformed into a Northfork Beach escape.
It has been furnished with provisions from RICA bath + body shop located around the corner at 423 main Street.
We hope the time spent here allows a fresh perspective once life resumes after this experience. Rest, relax, restore.

Details:
-2 hour drive from NYC.
-Located in the coveted West Dublin neighborhood of Greenport.
-A block from the gorgeous FIFTH STREET BEACH.
-A seven minute walk to town (a foodies paradise), grocery/liquor stores, shopping, and close to all the vineyards and farms.
-A few blocks walk to the Shelter Island/Sag Harbor ferry, Jitney stop direct from midtown, and LIRR stop.
-If you drive; private parking.
-Bicycles available.
-Up to four people comfortably.
-Detached garage converted into an entertainment space for outdoor lounging and dining.
-1700 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 1 + a half bath and outdoor shower.
-Two porches, a very private back yard with a wisteria arbor, fire pit, and bamboo forest that sounds lovely when the wind comes off the bay and whistles through the leaves.
-Private wellness services coming soon (facial, massage, yoga, etc)
-Last but not least, one very fat, friendly Beatrix Potter Rabbit who chills in the back with guests.
